Yokura is a professional illustrator and Stelle's number 1 fan. You can find her frequently in the artist alley of California anime conventions or spreading worship of the one and only Stelle.
She was the organizer of the HSR Trash Rally at Anime Expo 2023, celebrating Stelle with 11 other artists, and is also the creator of Baylee, the official Anime Mascot of the BART.
